Our policy is to ship each order within one to three business days of it being placed. You will receive an email confirming your order and another confirming that your order has shipped.

What methods of payment do you accept? My Rubberneck accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diner's Club and Discover. All sales on the My Rubberneck website are made in U.S. currency. We also do accept purchase orders and checks from qualified entities. We supply all necessary documentation to deal with purchasing department requirements.

What is your return policy? If the item has been used and cannot be resold – we cannot grant you a full refund. All products on our website come complete with a Manufacturer’s Warranty. If you would like to return the item, email rma@myrubberneck.com with your order number, the name of the product you are returning, and the detailed problem with the item. We will respond with return authorization by the next business day. If a refund is requested, you will need to pay a 20% restocking fee, our initial shipping expense and the return freight will be at your expense… A package which has been refused by the recipient does not excuse our return policy... All return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
